Ingredients:
5 cups rice
5 cups water
1 carrot
1 burdock
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup mirin
handful dried mushroom
5g kombu
Instructions:
1. cut carrot and burdock into thin strips.
2. put all the ingredients together and cook for 25 mins.

米 5合
水 5カップ
人参 1本
ごぼう 1本
醤油 1/2カップ
みりん 1/2カップ
乾燥キノコ 適量
昆布 約5cm
「作り方」
１、人参とごぼうは千切りにします。
２、全ての材料を鍋に入れて沸騰させて蓋をして、２５分ほど炊きます。
